The SU-030 series machines are designed for fully automatic cutting and stripping of large-size cables, making them ideal for applications such as automotive power cables, electric control cabinets, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power supply shielding cables, and charging pile harnesses. Suitable for silicone wire, high-temperature wire, signal wire, and more.

Application
The series machines are designed for full-automatic cut and strip big size cable.
The SU-030-F and SU-050-F are floor-standing, fully automatic cutting and stripping machines for large cables. They process automotive power cables, control cabinet cables, new energy vehicle harnesses, and charging pile cables, among others.
The SU-030-F processes 1-30mm² (AWG17-3), while the SU-050-F handles 1-50mm² (AWG17-0). Both cut lengths from 1-99999mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm. Stripping lengths: head 1-190mm, tail 1-80mm (custom available).
Both models offer a production rate of 1500-2300 pieces per hour. The machine uses 16-wheel belt-driven feeding, which prevents embossing or scratches, and automatically identifies the machining center to increase production rates.
Key features include belt-driven feeding that protects wire surfaces, digital wire diameter display, high-quality pneumatic components for stable operation, and optional auxiliary equipment (wire feeders, stackers, coilers). The floor-standing SU-030-F typically works with a wire coiler.
Both require 220V/110V power (SU-030-F: 1100W, SU-050-F: 1300W). They share dimensions of 84.5*54*62.5cm, with weights of 95kg and 105kg respectively, requiring dedicated floor space. A 7-inch touch screen facilitates operation.
