The SU-A42 is a fully automatic cutting and stripping machine designed for small wires ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 mm². It is capable of processing two wires simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor and time costs. The machine supports multiple processing modes, including fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping, completing all processes in one operation. Twisting parts can be configured for flexible wires, thin wires, and multiple copper wires to prevent wire loosening, bending, or loss. Twisting also facilitates terminal insertion and enhances tinning results.

For small wire cutting stripping
The SU-A42 is a fully automatic cutting and stripping machine that processes two small wires simultaneously (0.1-2.5mm²). It supports fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping for high-efficiency production.
For single wire processing: 0.3-4.5mm²; for double wire processing: 0.3-2mm². It supports stripping lengths of 0-35mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections.
The SU-A42 offers a production rate of 5000-10000 pieces per hour (two-wire processing). It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for high-volume production.
Key features include simultaneous two-wire processing to double productivity, a two-wire straightening system for stable feeding, and an optional twisting function for flexible wires. A 32-bit CORTEX-M3 processor stores hundreds of parameter settings.
