Application
For small wire cutting stripping
The SU-A44 is a fully automatic cutting and stripping machine that processes four small wires simultaneously (0.1-2.5mm²). It supports fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping for maximum production efficiency.
For single wire processing: 0.3-4.5mm²; for four-wire processing: 0.3-2mm². It supports stripping lengths of 0-35mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections with a conduit diameter of Φ4mm.
The SU-A44 offers a production rate of 5000-18000 pieces per hour (four-wire processing). It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for ultra-high-volume production.
Key features include simultaneous four-wire processing to quadruple productivity, a four-wire straightening system for stable feeding, and an optional twisting function for flexible wires. A 32-bit CORTEX-M3 processor stores hundreds of parameter settings.
