The SU-300 and SU-450 are fully automatic cutting and stripping machines for large-diameter cables up to 300mm² and 450mm². They process automotive power cables, control cabinet cables, new energy vehicle harnesses, and charging pile cables.
SU-300 handles 30-300mm²; SU-450 handles 30-450mm². Both support cutting lengths from 10-99999.99mm (tolerance ≤0.002*L) and stripping up to 1000mm (head) / 300mm (tail). Conduit diameter: Φ15-50mm.
Production rate: SU-300 200-800 pcs/h; SU-450 200-600 pcs/h. Features include 7-inch touch screen, 32-wheel belt feeding, and automatic machining center identification.

The SU-300 and SU-450 are fully automatic cutting and stripping machines for large-diameter cables. They process automotive power cables, control cabinet cables, new energy vehicle harnesses, and charging pile cables in heavy-duty industrial applications.
SU-300 processes 30-300mm²; SU-450 handles 30-450mm². Both support cutting lengths from 10-99999.99mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm. Stripping: head up to 1000mm, tail up to 300mm (custom available).
SU-300 produces 200-800 pieces per hour; SU-450 produces 200-600 pieces per hour. They use 32-wheel belt-driven feeding and automatically identify the machining center to maintain accuracy at high production rates.
Key features include belt-driven feeding to protect wire surfaces, specific axial positioning with advanced tool holders, digital wire diameter display on a 7-inch touch screen, and optional auxiliary equipment (wire feeders, stackers, coilers).
Both require 220V/110V power (SU-300: 11700W, SU-450: 13500W). They share dimensions of 210*90*145cm, with weights of 450kg and 550kg respectively, requiring significant floor space.
The 7-inch touch screen allows easy adjustment of cutting, stripping, and other parameters. Custom conduit diameters (Φ15-50mm range) are available, and free sample testing is offered to optimize settings for specific cable types.
Standard machines are ready in 3-5 workdays; customized orders require confirmation. The machine is shipped with a manual and video for self-installation. Technical support is available via phone, email, or video. Spare parts are sent via FedEx or DHL for fast delivery.
