SU-T41 supports wire cut strip and wire end twist. Twisting parts for flexible wires, thin wires, multiple copper wires, and other wires that are easy to loosen.
Features:

Application
For small wire cutting stripping twisting
The SU-T41 is an automatic machine that cuts, strips, and twists wire ends in one operation. It processes flexible wires, thin wires, and multiple copper wires that are prone to loosening, enhancing terminal insertion and tinning results.
It processes conductor cross-sections from 0.1-4.5mm² with a conduit diameter of Φ5mm. It supports stripping lengths of 0-30mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections.
The SU-T41 offers a production rate of 4000-8000 pieces per hour. It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for repetitive cut, strip, and twist operations.
Key features include integrated wire twisting to prevent loosening, a 4-wheel drive with adjustable pressing force, Japanese-imported steel blades for burr-free cutting, and a 32-bit CORTEX-M3 processor that stores hundreds of parameter settings.
