SU-T41 supports wire cut strip and wire end twist. Twisting parts for flexible wires, thin wires, multiple copper wires, and other wires that are easy to loosen.

Application
For small wire cutting stripping twisting
The SU-T42 is an automatic machine that processes two wires simultaneously, performing cutting, stripping, and twisting of wire ends in one operation. It is ideal for flexible wires, thin wires, and multiple copper wires that are prone to loosening.
For single wire processing: 0.1-4.5mm²; for double wire processing: 0.1-2.5mm², with a conduit diameter of Φ5mm. It supports stripping lengths of 0-30mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections.
The SU-T42 offers a production rate of 4000-8000 pieces per hour (two-wire processing). It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for high-volume cut, strip, and twist operations.
Key features include simultaneous two-wire processing to double productivity, integrated wire twisting to prevent loosening, adjustable pressing force on the 4-wheel drive, Japanese-imported steel blades, and a 32-bit CORTEX-M3 processor storing hundreds of settings.
