Fully automatic one-ends wire cutting stripping and terminal crimping machine.
The TA-S01 is a fully automatic single-press termination machine that performs one-side stripping and twisting, and the other-side stripping and crimping in a single operation. It processes regular wires (AWG18-28#) with a production rate of about 4000 pieces per hour.
It processes AWG18-28# wires with cutting lengths from 45-999mm (tolerance ±0.2%*L) and stripping lengths of 0-10mm. It requires 0.4-0.6MPa air pressure and 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz power (2100W).
The machine is equipped with comprehensive detection including lack wire detection, lack terminal detection, crimp detection, and pressure detection, ensuring consistent quality and reducing defective products.
Key features include a four-wheel feeding mechanism for stable feeding, user-friendly touch screen for easy parameter setting, storage of processing parameters for quick changeovers, and support for one-side twisting with the other-side crimping in a single cycle.
