The TA-D01 is a fully automatic two-ends wire cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping machine. It processes regular wires (AWG18-28#) with a production rate of about 4000 pieces per hour, featuring a dual motor feeding system for precise wire length control.
It processes AWG18-28# wires with cutting lengths from 45-999mm (tolerance ±0.2%*L) and stripping lengths of 0-10mm. It requires 0.4-0.6MPa air pressure and 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz power (2300W).
The machine is equipped with comprehensive detection including lack wire detection, lack terminal detection, crimp detection, and pressure detection, ensuring consistent quality and reducing defective products.
