This machine is designed for full-automatic cutting and stripping of big-size cables, such as automotive power cables, electric control cabinet cables, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power supply shielding cables, and charging pile harnesses.

1. Adopts an 8-wheel drive system, providing strong power and high precision. The belt feeding system ensures that the wire surface remains undamaged, making it suitable for processing power cables, sheathed wires, and both soft and hard wires.

The pressing force of the inlet and outlet wheels can be set directly in the program without manual adjustment.The outlet wheel features an automatic lifting function, allowing it to lift during wire stripping, significantly extending the stripping length range for wire heads. The lifting height of the outlet wheel can also be set within the program.
3. Features an intuitive color touch screen operation interface. Parameters are easy to understand, enabling quick machine operation with minimal training.
Supports a three-layer stripping program, enabling up to three layers of stripping or repeated stripping up to three times when handling shorter stripping lengths.
Equipped with 100 groups of program memory, allowing storage of processing parameters for different wires under separate program numbers.
4. Compatible with optional accessories, including branching jigs, cutting jigs, and inkjet printers.

The SU-A70 is a fully automatic desk-type cutting and stripping machine for cables up to 70mm². It processes automotive power cables, control cabinet cables, new energy vehicle harnesses, and charging pile cables with high precision.
It processes conductor cross-sections from 2.0-70mm² with a conduit diameter of Φ20mm. It supports cutting lengths up to 99.9999m, head stripping up to 300mm, and tail stripping up to 150mm (custom options available).
The SU-A70 offers a production rate of 1000-2000 pieces per hour. It uses an 8-wheel drive with belt feeding to ensure strong power, high precision, and no surface damage to cables.
