For wire cutting stripping
The SU-A10 is an automatic wire cutting and stripping machine for electronic wires, silicone wires, PTFE wires, and glass fiber cotton. It supports fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping in a single operation.
It processes conductor cross-sections from 0.2-10mm² (AWG8-AWG24) with a maximum conduit diameter of Φ10mm. It supports stripping lengths of 0-40mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections.
The SU-A10 offers a production rate of 1500-4000 pieces per hour. It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for repetitive cutting and stripping tasks.
Key features include a 4-wheel drive with adjustable pressing force to avoid wire damage, Japanese-imported steel blades for burr-free cutting, and a 32-bit CORTEX-M3 core processor that stores hundreds of parameter settings on the LCD screen.
