The SM-R70 is an automatic machine for processing large-size multi-core cables up to 70mm². It cuts and strips both the outer jacket and inner cores, supporting up to 5-core sheathed cables for heavy-duty industrial applications.
It processes round sheathed cables with a conductor cross-section of 1-70mm². Jacket stripping: head 10-200mm, tail 10-150mm; inner core stripping: head/tail 1-50mm. Cutting length: 200-99999mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm.
Production rate varies: single-core wire up to 1800 pieces per hour; multi-core cables up to 800 pieces per hour. The 32-wheel drive system and silent stepper motor ensure stable operation for heavy-duty processing.
Key features include dual-layer stripping (jacket + inner cores) for up to 5-core cables, 7-inch touch screen, belt feeding to prevent surface marks, and a servo-controlled tool holder. The 32-wheel drive provides high precision for large cables.
