The SM-R30 is an automatic machine for processing multi-conductor sheathed cables. It cuts and strips both the outer jacket and inner cores, supporting up to 7-core cables for automotive, industrial control, and electronics manufacturing applications.
It processes round sheathed cables with a conductor cross-section of 1-30mm². Jacket stripping: head 10-120mm, tail 10-80mm; inner core stripping: head/tail 1-50mm. Cutting length: 1-99999mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm.
Production rate varies by wire type: single-core wire up to 2300 pieces per hour; multi-core cables up to 800 pieces per hour. The 16-wheel drive system and silent stepper motor ensure stable, reliable operation.
Key features include the ability to process both outer jacket and inner cores, support for up to 7-core cables, a 7-inch touch screen, belt feeding to prevent surface marks, and a servo-controlled tool holder for precision.
