Description.
The SM-R10 is a semi-automatic wire cutting and stripping machine designed for stranded wires with a conductor cross-section of 0.5–10mm² (max diameter Φ8mm). It supports cutting lengths from 1 to 99,999mm and stripping lengths up to 50mm for both head and tail, with custom lengths available upon request.
The machine features a 4.5-inch touch screen for intuitive parameter setting, belt feeding with 4-wheel drive to prevent surface marks, and a production rate of 2,000–3,000 pieces per hour with a cutting length tolerance of ≤(0.002*L)mm. It operates on 110/220VAC power (1100W).
