This series of machines is designed for fully automatic cutting and stripping of large-size cables, such as automotive power cables, electric control cabinet cables, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power supply shielding cables, and charging pile harnesses. It is also suitable for silicone wires, high-temperature wires, signal wires, and more.
1. Capable of processing cables up to 120/150 sqmm, improving work efficiency.
2. Supports longer stripping lengths compared to standard machines.
3. Belt-driven cable feeding ensures no embossing or scratches on the wire surface.
4. Automatically identifies the machining center to increase production rates.
5. Uses specific axial positioning and advanced tool holders for improved accuracy and productivity.
6. Digitally displays wire diameter settings, with high-quality pneumatic components for stable and energy-saving operation.
7. Optional auxiliary equipment includes automatic wire feeders, wire stackers, or coilers.
