For 3d wire cutting stripping bending
The SU-BA6 is an automatic machine that cuts, strips, and bends hard wires in 3D configurations. It is used for manufacturing jumper wires for electric control cabinets, meter boxes, contactors, and other applications requiring precise wire bending and stripping.
It processes conductor cross-sections from 1-6mm² with a standard conduit diameter of Φ6mm (Φ8mm optional). It supports nearly unlimited bending angles in 3D, up to 10 bending sections, with a cutting length range of 0.1-99999.9mm.
Production rate ranges from 50-300 pieces per hour, depending on the complexity of the final shape. It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±2mm and bending angle tolerance of ±2°, ensuring consistent, repeatable results.
