This series of machines is designed for fully automatic cutting and stripping of large-size cables, making them ideal for applications such as automotive power cables, electric control cabinet cables, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power supply shielding cables, and charging pile harnesses. They are also suitable for silicone wires, high-temperature wires, signal wires, and more.

Application
The series machines are designed for full-automatic cut and strip big size cable.
The SU-120 and SU-150 are fully automatic heavy-duty cutting and stripping machines for large cables up to 120mm² and 150mm². They process automotive power cables, control cabinet cables, new energy vehicle harnesses, and charging pile cables.
The SU-120 processes 10-120mm², while the SU-150 handles 10-150mm² (both AWG7 and up). Both cut lengths from 1-99999.99mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm. Stripping: head 1-800mm, tail 1-400mm (custom available).
Both models offer a production rate of 1000-1800 pieces per hour. They use 32-wheel belt-driven feeding to prevent surface marks, and automatically identify the machining center to increase accuracy and production rates.
Key features include belt-driven feeding that protects wire surfaces, digital wire diameter display on a 7-inch touch screen, 32-wheel drive for stable feeding, and optional auxiliary equipment (wire feeders, stackers, coilers).
Both require 220V/110V power (SU-120: 2000W, SU-150: 6900W). Dimensions: SU-120 102*61*115cm (220kg), SU-150 150*76*134cm (240kg), requiring dedicated floor space. A 7-inch touch screen facilitates operation.
The system uses specific axial positioning and advanced tool holders for accuracy. It digitally displays settings for easy adjustment. Custom conduit diameters (Φ30mm for SU-120, Φ33mm for SU-150) are available, and free sample testing is offered.
Standard machines are ready in 3-5 workdays; customized orders require confirmation. The machine is shipped with a manual and video for self-installation. Technical support is available via phone, email, or video. Spare parts are sent via FedEx or DHL for fast delivery.
