The SU-A41 is a versatile wire cutting and stripping machine designed to process various wire types, including electronic wire, silicone wire, PTFE wire, glass fiber cotton, and isolation wire. It supports fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping, completing all processes in one operation. Additionally, the SU-A41 can add a twisting function for flexible wires, thin wires, and multiple copper wires, preventing loosening, loss, or bending. Application
For wire cutting stripping
The SU-A41 is a versatile automatic wire cutting and stripping machine for electronic wire, silicone wire, PTFE wire, and glass fiber cotton. It supports fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping, all in one operation.
It processes conductor cross-sections from 0.3-4.5mm² with a maximum conduit diameter of Φ5mm. It supports stripping lengths of 0-35mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections.
The SU-A41 offers a production rate of 3000-6000 pieces per hour. It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for repetitive cutting and stripping tasks.
Key features include an optional twisting function for flexible wires to prevent loosening, a 4-wheel drive with adjustable pressing force to avoid wire damage, and Japanese-imported steel blades for burr-free cutting. A 32-bit CORTEX-M3 core processor stores hundreds of parameter settings.
The SU-A41 requires 220V/110V power (400W) and has dimensions of 42*40*28cm, weighing 28kg. It is a benchtop unit with a Chinese/English LCD screen for easy operation.
