The SU-030C is an upgraded version of the SU-030, adding a winding and tying function. This series of machines is designed for fully automatic cutting and stripping of large-size cables, such as automotive power cables, electric control cabinets, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power supply shielding cables, and charging pile harnesses. It is suitable for silicone wire, high-temperature wire, signal wire, and more.

Application
The series machines are designed for full-automatic cut and strip big size cable.
The SU-016C and SU-030C are fully automatic machines that cut, strip, coil, and bundle wires. They process large cables for automotive, control cabinet, new energy vehicle, and charging pile applications, with added winding and tying functions.
SU-016C processes 0.75-16mm², while SU-030C handles 1-30mm². Both cut lengths from 1-99999mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm. Stripping: SU-016C (head/tail 1-60mm), SU-030C (head 1-190mm, tail 1-80mm).
Both models feature a winding diameter of 260mm (customizable) and use tape for bundling. The winding length depends on wire specifications (e.g., 20m for 7mm diameter wire). This integrates coiling and tying into the production process.
