The SU-030C is an upgraded version of the SU-030, adding a winding and tying function. This series of machines is designed for fully automatic cutting and stripping of large-size cables, such as automotive power cables, electric control cabinets, battery box cables, new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, high-power supply shielding cables, and charging pile harnesses. It is suitable for silicone wire, high-temperature wire, signal wire, and more.
1. Capable of processing cables up to 30 sqmm, improving work efficiency.
2. Supports longer stripping lengths compared to standard machines.
3. Belt-driven cable feeding ensures no embossing or scratches on the wire surface.
4. Automatically identifies the machining center, increasing production rates.
5. Uses specific axial positioning and advanced tool holders for improved accuracy and productivity.
6. Digitally displayed wire diameter settings with high-quality pneumatic components for stable, energy-efficient operation.
7. Optional auxiliary equipment includes an automatic wire feeder, wire stacker, or coiler.
