The SU-A16 is designed for cutting and stripping wires up to a maximum of 16 mm². This versatile machine supports multiple processing modes, including fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping, making it suitable for a variety of wires, including electronic wire, silicone wire, PTFE wire, glass fiber cotton, and isolation wire.

For wire cutting stripping
The SU-A16 is an automatic cutting and stripping machine for wires up to 16mm². It processes electronic wire, silicone wire, PTFE wire, and glass fiber cotton, supporting fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping in one operation.
It processes conductor cross-sections from 0.75-16mm² (AWG18-AWG5) with a conduit diameter range of Φ6-14mm. It supports stripping lengths of 0-45mm, cutting lengths from 1-9999.9mm, and intermediate stripping up to 15 sections.
The SU-A16 offers a production rate of 1000-3000 pieces per hour. It achieves a cutting length tolerance of ±(0.002*L)mm, ensuring high precision for a wide range of wire processing tasks.
Key features include a 4-wheel drive with adjustable pressing force to avoid wire damage, Japanese-imported steel blades for burr-free cutting, and a 32-bit CORTEX-M3 core processor that stores hundreds of parameter settings on the LCD screen.
