Ink Colors
Black and white inks are offered as standard. White ink is recommended for black or dark-colored insulation, while black ink is better suited for light-colored wires — ensuring optimal print contrast.

The final printer model is determined by your wire diameter range and the destination country. Due to international shipping restrictions on flammable consumables like ink and solvent, we select models whose consumables are locally available in your region. How It Works
The inkjet printer is seamlessly integrated into fully automatic wire processing machines, including wire strippers, terminal crimpers, and tube cutters.
On automatic wire stripping machines, the marking position is set directly via the touchscreen and adjusts automatically with the processing program. Marking content (such as serial numbers, characters, production dates, and batch numbers) is typically configured on the printer’s own interface. Once set, the system operates in sync with the main machine for continuous, stable, and clear inline printing.
