Description
The RD-RM12 is an electric heating air machine designed for heating large-diameter heat-shrinkable tubing. It adopts 360-degree surrounding ring infrared radiation heating, delivering essentially uniform heat distribution. It is especially suited for heating shrinkable tubing on large-diameter wire harnesses, long wire harnesses, and terminal wire harnesses.

Key Features:
360-Degree Ring Infrared Heating – Adopts 360-degree surrounding ring infrared radiation heating for essentially uniform heat distribution across the entire tubing surface.
Flexible Loading for Different Positions – For heat-shrinkable tubing at one end of the harness, the operator can directly insert the tube into the heating zone. If the heat-shrinkable tube is located in the middle of the wire, the operator can open the device and place the tube into the heating zone.
Comprehensive Safety Protection – Equipped with overheat and overload protection, a power-off protection device, and an emergency stop switch. The machine produces no exhaust gas, is environmentally friendly, and can be operated for 24 hours continuously.
Shutdown & Blowing Delay Function – To protect the heating core and extend its service life, the machine features a shutdown and blowing delay function. After the machine stops working, the blower continues running for one minute to cool down before automatically shutting off.
Heat Insulation Design – The double-layer design of the heating zone shell saves energy while protecting the working environment.
