Description
The RD-A24 is a compact desktop enclosed heat shrink tunnel oven designed for heat shrinking or baking of relatively small-sized products, including wire harness heat shrink tubing, heat shrink film packaging, PCBs, and inductor coils. It is particularly suited for small-batch production operations.
Key Features:
Even Heat Distribution for Stable Quality – Built on a welded frame with far-infrared heating tubes delivering dual-sided heating. A high-speed centrifugal fan inside the chamber evenly distributes heat to maintain a constant temperature throughout. This preserves the original characteristics of products, ensuring no deformation or discoloration after shrinking or baking — delivering consistently stable quality.
High-Temperature Teflon Mesh Belt – Equipped with a high-temperature-resistant Teflon mesh belt (0–350°C), supporting continuous inline feeding for fast and efficient baking performance.
Intelligent Control System – Heating temperature and conveyor speed are both freely adjustable, accommodating different products' temperature requirements and shrink time needs for versatile, quick changeover operation.
Safe Insulation Design – The independent control electrical box is positioned away from the high-temperature zone. The heating chamber features a double-layer design with high-temperature insulation cotton (1200°C) sandwiched in between, keeping the exterior surface cool. This creates a comfortable working environment while reducing energy waste.
Compact Desktop Design – The desktop-type structure is compact and exquisitely designed, effectively saving workspace. Particularly suitable for small-batch, small-size product applications.

The RD-A24 and RD-A40 are desktop enclosed heat shrink tunnel ovens for heat shrinking or baking of wire harness tubing, shrink film packaging, PCBs, and inductor coils using far-infrared dual-sided heating with circulating fan.
RD-A24: max tube 80mm, conveyor load 10kg, chamber L63×W24×H8cm, 2.8KW, 40kg. RD-A40: max tube 150mm, conveyor load 20kg, chamber L80×W40×H15cm, 3.6KW, 85kg with legs and cooling device. Both: 0-260°C, 0-6 m/min, 220V.
Key features include far-infrared dual-sided heating with high-speed centrifugal fan for uniform temperature, high-temperature Teflon mesh belt (0-350°C), intelligent adjustable temperature and conveyor speed, double-layer insulated heating chamber for energy efficiency, and compact desktop design.
