Description
The RD-H06 is a heat shrink conveyor oven designed to shrink heat-shrinkable tubes for wire harnesses. It also supports thermal processing and curing applications, making it a versatile solution for continuous heat treatment tasks.
Key Features:
Small Tube Capability – Suitable for heat-shrinkable tubes with a diameter of less than 10 mm.
Reverse Belt Safety Design – When the equipment is turned on and before it reaches the set temperature, the belt runs in reverse to prevent personnel misoperation.
Continuous Double-Belt Feeding – The wiring harness should be clamped between the double-sided timing belts. The previous harness must have fully entered the machine before the next harness is loaded, ensuring a smooth and continuous workflow.
High Efficiency – The upper and lower synchronous belts clamp and transport the harness through the heating zone and cooling zone. All products are then carried to the collection area at the end of the conveyor belt. After a few seconds of cooling, all harnesses can be collected together — the whole process is nearly continuous with no time delay.
Desktop & Compact – Small, desk-type design that is easy to move and position within the workshop.
