Description
The SR-B02 is a three-station integrated wire stripping and shield cutting machine, offering a highly versatile and efficient automation solution for processing shielded high-voltage cables. It combines multiple critical functions into one streamlined workflow: stripping the outer jacket, cutting the braided shield, folding back the braid, and stripping the inner insulation. Designed for maximum flexibility, it allows operators to easily enable or disable specific functions to match exact production requirements, significantly enhancing adaptability across various cable processing jobs.
Process Configurations:
Full Process Cycle – Outer jacket stripping + Braid cutting + Braid folding + Inner insulation stripping
Partial Process (Pre-stripped Jacket) – Braid cutting + Braid folding + Inner insulation stripping (for cables where the outer jacket has already been removed)
Dual Stripping Process – Outer jacket stripping + Inner insulation stripping (when braid length requirement matches the inner strip length)
This configurable approach minimizes changeover time, reduces the need for multiple dedicated machines, and ensures precise, consistent results across various cable types.
