Description
The PF-RS40 and PF-S40 are wire coiler prefeders engineered to accommodate a wide range of wire spool types, including normal wire, steel wire rope, electronic cable, ribbon cable, and twin wire. Featuring a vertical pay-off structure, these units can be integrated with automatic terminal crimping machines, automatic computer wire cutting machines, automatic tube cutting machines, and automatic wire winding & bundling machines.
The equipment offers two operating modes: wire can be fed directly from the reel, suitable for various types of wire coils; alternatively, it can be fed through a convenient guide pulley on the reel, suitable for spools. The PF-S40 is designed for wire spools, while the PF-RS40 supports both wire coilers and wire spools.
Applicable wires include braided wire, steel wire rope, iron wire, electronic wire, ribbon cable, double parallel wire, and various other wire types.
