The PF-R40 PreFeeder is engineered to accommodate a broad spectrum of wire spool varieties, encompassing standard wires, steel wire ropes, electronic cables, flat ribbon cables, and twin-core wires. Adopting a vertical pay-off configuration, this unit can be seamlessly paired with automatic terminal crimping presses, computerized wire cutting machines, automatic tube cutting systems, and automated winding & bundling equipment.
This feeder supports bidirectional operation (forward/reverse) as well as manual free-wire feeding functionality.
Wire is drawn smoothly from the upper side of the spool, which effectively minimizes the risk of twisting or knotting during the de-reeling process.
Built with an integrated sensor, the system enables auto-sensing speed regulation, delivering intelligent pre-feeding performance.
A dedicated speed adjustment knob is furnished, permitting the operator to define the upper limit of feeding velocity in accordance with the requirements of downstream machinery, thus ensuring seamless synchronization.

The PF-R40 PreFeeder is a cable bundle prefeeding equipment designed to accommodate standard wires, steel wire ropes, electronic cables, flat ribbon cables, and twin-core wires. It pairs with automatic crimping presses, wire cutting machines, tube cutting systems, and winding/bundling equipment.
It supports wire diameters of 5-15mm (thin wire version: 1-4mm) with a max load of 40kg. Spool OD ≤550mm (customizable), height ≤250mm, ID ≥115mm (internal sleeve removable, then 35mm).
