Description
The RD-MT2 is a double-sided infrared heating machine designed for large-diameter heat-shrinkable tubing. Featuring a large heating area of L180mm × W260mm and temperatures up to 260°C, it is ideal for processing large wiring harnesses, long harnesses, and terminal wiring harnesses that require uniform and thorough heat distribution.
The machine utilizes 12 infrared radiation tubes for efficient heating and includes overheat/overload protection, power-off safety mechanisms, and an emergency stop switch. Three heating control modes are available: footswitch activation for hands-free operation, automatic cycling mode for continuous production, and temperature control mode for maintaining constant heat.
The RD-MT2 operates on 220V power and features a two-part compact design (47*55*39cm and 27*25*15cm) with a gross weight of 43.5kg. The double-layer heating zone shell minimizes energy consumption and protects the working environment from excessive heat, with a shutdown and blowing delay function that extends the heating core's lifespan.
