Application
The RD-MT is an efficient electric heating air heater designed for large-diameter heat-shrinkable tubing using 360-degree infrared radiation heating for large wiring harnesses, long harnesses, and terminal wiring harnesses.
It supports heat shrink tubing diameters up to 100mm with heating opening of 120mm and heating length up to 160mm. It uses infrared radiation tube heating with power under 2800W.
Key features include 360-degree infrared radiation for uniform heating, versatile operation for end-positioned and mid-positioned tubing, three heating control modes (footswitch, automatic cycling, temperature control), and safety features including overheat/overload protection.
