Application
The RD-H12 and RD-H24 are advanced double-sided infrared heating machines designed for precise wire tube thermal shrinking, featuring retractable upper heating surfaces and adjustable heating zone baffles.
Both support tube diameters up to 50mm. RD-H12 heating zone: L120*W120mm, fixture heating range L80*W110mm. RD-H24 heating zone: L240*W120mm, fixture heating range L200*W110mm.
Key features include infrared ring heating for even heat shrinkage, interchangeable heating chambers for different tube sizes, built-in cooling system with automatic cooling cycle, and real-time monitoring via touch screen with parameter memory.
