Description
The CP-50S, CP-100S, and custom CP-125S are automatic plastic pipe and tube cutting machines suitable for PC, PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PS, PET, and other plastic pipes. The CP-50S processes tubes up to 50 mm OD, the CP-100S handles tubes up to 100 mm OD, and the custom CP-125S accommodates tubes up to 125 mm OD.
This series adopts a rotary cold-knife cutting system for chipless cutting. The flat, smooth cut surface helps prevent indentation, scratches, tube deformation, and secondary cleaning caused by cutting chips. Belt feeding supports stable individual pipe cutting.
Different tube diameters require interchangeable fixtures. The fixture secures the tube during cutting and prevents movement, ensuring a stable cutting position and consistent cut quality.
