Description
The PK-C45 and PK-C55 are integrated sealing and heat shrink packaging units that combine "L-shaped sealing and cutting" with "heat shrinking" into a single, streamlined machine. After the film is cut and sealed by the sealing knife, the product directly enters the shrink tunnel. Under high-temperature hot air circulation, the film conforms tightly to the product surface, forming a moisture-proof, dust-proof, tamper-evident, and aesthetically pleasing "second skin" protective layer.
Machine Features:
Advanced Sealing Knife – Features American DuPont Teflon coating, offering anti-stick and high-temperature resistance. Seals are firm with no smoking or pollution. The sealing frame is constructed from high-quality alloy steel, ensuring no deformation over time.
Sensors & Detection – Equipped with a sound and light alarm system. Sensors are mainly from leading brands, including Omron components. The photoelectric eye automatically controls the cutting action, and imported detection photoelectric sensors ensure thin and small packages are not missed.
Automatic Cutter Protection – Sensitive and precise cutter with built-in automatic protection function to prevent accidental cutting of products.
High-Speed Operation – Belt-driven automatic feeding system capable of packaging up to 30 packages per minute.
Emergency & Manual Controls – Features a manual emergency stop panel, manual film feeding adjustment, and sealing/cutting switches. Pressing the emergency stop switch immediately halts machine operation.
Adjustable Air Blowing Nozzle – Air nozzle angle can be adjusted to prevent corner wrinkles and ensure smooth shrinking.
Height & Width Adjustments – Table height can be adjusted via a knob to accommodate different item sizes. Width adjustment is operated by a push handle for quick changeover.

PK-C45: max packing size (L+H) <500mm, (W+H) <400mm, 1.35KW, 300kg. PK-C55: (L+H) <600mm, (W+H) <500mm, 1.5KW, 350kg. Both: max height <150mm, speed 15-30 bags/min, 220V/50-60Hz.
