Description

The RD-H06 is a compact conveyor-type heat shrink oven designed specifically for shrinking heat-shrink tubing on wire harnesses with high efficiency and safety.

Features:

1. Suitable for heat-shrink tubing with diameters under 10mm.

2. Safety-first design: before reaching the set temperature, the conveyor belt runs in reverse to prevent accidental operation.

3. Ensures proper processing: each wire harness must be fully inside before the next one is inserted, avoiding overlap.

4. High throughput: dual synchronized belts clamp and guide the harness through the heating and cooling zones. Processed harnesses are collected automatically with minimal delay.

5. Desktop-sized, lightweight, and easy to relocate for flexible workspace arrangements.
