Wire stripping and ring terminal crimping
The TP-90L and TP-300L are small-size pneumatic big terminal crimping machines for heavy-duty applications. They deliver 6 tons and 9 tons of crimping force respectively, supporting terminals up to 90mm² and 300mm².
TP-90L handles 6-90mm² terminals with 6 tons force; TP-300L handles 6-300mm² with 9 tons force. Both support hexagonal, spot, and M-shape crimping configurations.
Key features include a dual-action cylinder for fast, powerful crimping, interchangeable die sets compatible with manual crimping tools, front-feed or side-feed die options, and compact, lightweight construction.
Both require 0.7-0.95 MPa air pressure. TP-90L: 33*15*16cm, 9.5kg; TP-300L: 40*20*21cm, 22kg. Both include one die set, foot air valve, and two air pipes.
The die sets are fully interchangeable and compatible with manual crimping tools. You can choose front-feed or side-feed dies based on requirements. A wide range of die sets is available for different terminal types.
