The TU-S20 is a heavy-duty semi-automatic servo crimping machine designed for cable lugs and terminals up to 120mm². It is used for processing various terminal types including computer, DC/AC, single-grain, and joint terminals.
It supports cable ranges from approximately 2.5mm² to 120mm² with 20-ton crimping force and 35mm stroke. It achieves ±0.03mm crimping tolerance and supports hexagonal, quadrilateral, and M-shape crimping configurations.
The machine operates at 10-30 pieces per minute with adjustable production speed. It features a motion control board with touch screen control, dual manual/automatic operation modes, and an LED counter for real-time production monitoring.
