Application
Wire stripping and ring terminal crimping
The TU-SP series (2T-8T) are high-precision servo touchscreen terminal crimping machines for wire processing. They achieve ≤±0.02mm crimp height tolerance with closed-loop servo drive for consistent quality in high-volume production.
TU-SP2: 2T, 0.1-4mm²; TU-SP3: 4T, 0.1-16mm²; TU-SP6: 6T, 0.1-25mm²; TU-SP8: 8T, 0.1-32mm². All feature 30mm stroke (custom 40mm) and operate on 220V/50-60Hz.
