Application
The series machines are designed for stripping big-size cable.
The SP-R10 and SP-R20 are semi-automatic rotary knife stripping machines designed for large-size cables and challenging stripping tasks. They process single-strand soft wires, multi-strand soft wires, hard wires, sheath wires, and flat wires with precision.
Both models process cable diameters from 5-25mm. The SP-R10 offers a stripping length of 1-100mm, while the SP-R20 extends to 1-200mm. This makes them suitable for a wide range of large cable preparation tasks.
Both models achieve a stripping tolerance of ±0.2mm for high precision. The production rate is 10-30 pieces per minute, offering efficient processing for medium-volume cable stripping operations.
