The SC-D35 and SC-D45 are precision stripping machines for semi-steel coaxial, triaxial, and other multi-layered cables. They are designed for demanding applications requiring high accuracy, processing up to 9 layers with rotating blade technology.
The SC-D35 processes 5-35mm diameters with ≤150mm length (optional ≤200mm/≤300mm). The SC-D45 handles 8-45mm diameters with ≤200mm length. Both support up to 9 stripping layers with custom lengths available.
Production rates: SC-D35 produces 200-400 pcs/h; SC-D45 produces 150-400 pcs/h. They feature Swiss-imported tungsten steel blades with 0.0005mm surface roughness, Japanese NSK bearings, and rotating stripping technology for superior accuracy.
Key features include rotating stripping with centering units, 15-step precision-ground tungsten steel blades, Japanese NSK bearings, automatic start via sensor (foot pedal option), and the ability to handle semi-steel coaxial and triaxial cables with up to 9 layers.
