How to Use the Machine:

  1. Toggle the power switch up to turn on the machine and down to turn it off.

  2. Once powered on, the display shows the current wire diameter. Adjust the knob to set the desired wire diameter according to the displayed value.

  3. Gently touch the sensor to start a stripping cycle; the machine will complete the process and stop automatically.

  4. Adjust the wire position and align it with the center positioning block of the blade holder.

  5. Use the adjustment knob to move the center positioning block up or down for precise alignment.

  6. Adjust the half-strip length using the corresponding knob, referencing the scale for accuracy.

  7. Use the wire core thickness adjustment knob to set the desired thickness. Turn left to decrease the value and right to increase it; the adjustment will reflect on the display.
