The HB-D series is designed to wind wires into round or figure-8 shapes while automatically cutting and twisting cable ties for AC/DC power cords, USB data cables, video cables, and HDMI cables.
HB-D35: bundling Φ5-35mm, tie length 60-140mm, 32kg. HB-D45: bundling Φ10-45mm, tie length 110-200mm, 36kg. HB-D60: bundling Φ25-60mm, tie length 130-260mm, 38kg.
Key features include stepper motor control with PLC touch screen, 30 adjustable winding speed settings, 1-999 cycle windings, and automatic cutting and twisting of cable ties for round or figure-8 shapes.
All models require 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz power (80W) and share dimensions of 32*45*50cm. Weights: 32kg, 36kg, and 38kg respectively. They are benchtop units.
