The HB-B series is a semi-automatic coiling and tying machine for USB cables, headphone cables, AC/DC power cables, network cables, HDMI cables, hoses, and tubes with two-step operation and automatic tying.
HB-B35: bundling Φ8-30mm, tie length 75-140mm, 40kg. HB-B45: bundling Φ18-45mm, tie length 120-200mm, 42kg. HB-B80: bundling Φ40-80mm, tie length 220-300mm, 70kg.
Key features include two-step winding and tying operation with foot pedal control, LCD parameter setting for coil count/tie count/tie length, stepper motor with precision brake control, and 1-13 r/s adjustable winding speed.
All require 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz. HB-B35/B45: ≤200W/≤250W, L48*W43*H35cm. HB-B80: ≤300W, L55*W61*H42cm. They are benchtop units.
