HB-MF1 and HB-MF2 Automatic Wire Metering, Cutting, and Winding Machines
The HB-MF1 and HB-MF2 are fully automated machines designed for precise wire metering, cutting, and winding. The HB-MF1 includes a wire bundling function, while the HB-MF2 is optimized for small spool rewinding without bundling. Both models feature three winding systems for wire roll and wire reel winding, offering a seamless operation. Operators only need to place the wire into the clamp and activate the footswitch, and the machine will automatically perform the cutting and winding process. The wire roll tying function is customizable.

HB-MF1 is a floor-standing unit with tying function (bundling), includes winding and bundling. HB-MF2 is a floor-standing unit without tying function, optimized for rewinding only. HB-MF1: 100*45*80cm, 170kg. HB-MF2: 80*100*1030cm, 150kg.
