Application
For wire cutting stripping bending
The SU-B16 is an automatic machine that cuts, strips, and bends hard wires up to 16mm². It is used for manufacturing jumper wires for electric control cabinets, meter boxes, contactors, and other applications requiring precise wire bending and stripping.
It processes 0.5-16mm² conductors with stripping lengths up to 35mm (head) and 30mm (tail). Supports U, Z, clockwise, counterclockwise bends at 30°,45°,60°,90°, up to 10 segments. Cutting length: 0.1-99999.9mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm.
The SU-B16 offers a production rate of 800-1500 pieces per hour. It features a 4-wheel drive system with a Chinese/English touch screen, ensuring consistent bending quality and automated operation.
