Application
For wire cutting stripping bending
The SU-B35 is an automatic machine that cuts, strips, and bends hard wires up to 35mm² in 2D configurations. It is used for manufacturing jumper wires for electric control cabinets, meter boxes, contactors, and other applications requiring precise wire bending and stripping.
It processes 4-35mm² conductors with stripping lengths up to 35mm (head) and 30mm (tail). Supports U, Z, clockwise, counterclockwise bends at 30°,45°,60°,90°, up to 10 segments. Cutting length: 0.1-99999.9mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm.
The SU-B35 offers a production rate of 800-1500 pieces per hour. It features a 6-wheel drive system with a Chinese/English touch screen, ensuring consistent bending quality and automated operation.
Key features include flexible bending angle and length adjustments, Shangyin linear slides and precision pneumatic pressure rollers for enhanced accuracy, support for multiple bend shapes (U, Z, clockwise/counterclockwise), and fully automatic stripping and bending in one operation.
