For wire cutting stripping bending
The SU-B06 is an automatic machine that cuts, strips, and bends hard wires. It is used for manufacturing jumper wires for electric control cabinets, meter boxes, contactors, and other applications requiring precise wire bending and stripping.
It processes 0.5-6mm² conductors with stripping lengths of 0.1-50mm. Supports U, Z, clockwise, counterclockwise bends at 30°,45°,60°,90°, up to 10 segments. Cutting length: 0.1-99999.9mm with tolerance ≤(0.002*L)mm.
The SU-B06 offers a production rate of 800-1500 pieces per hour. It features a 2-wheel drive system with a Chinese/English touch screen, ensuring consistent bending quality and automated operation.
