The HB-M01 is an advanced wire processing machine for automatic metering, cutting, winding, and bundling of wires in one integrated operation, suitable for round wires, flat cables, ribbon wires, and double wires.
It supports wire sizes of Φ1-8mm (customizable) with max coil weight of about 1.5kg. Winding diameter: standard 280mm. Bundling diameter: Φ18-45mm.
Winding speed: 1-13 cycles per second. Features include all-in-one metering, cutting, winding, and bundling, LCD touch screen for parameter adjustment, and settings automatically saved for future use.
HB-M01 is a desk-type with tying function (bundling), includes winding and bundling. HB-M02 is a desk-type without tying function, optimized for small wire spool rewinding only. Both have similar wire size capacity and power.
Both models require 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz power (400W). HB-M01: 83*30*55cm, 80kg. HB-M02: 75*30*55cm, 73kg. They are desk-type units requiring moderate workspace.
