Description
The HW-HD35-A is an upgraded version of the HW-HD35, adding a wire traction frame that supports the wire and pulls it forward automatically. This makes it exceptionally well-suited for taping long wire harnesses. During the tape winding process, the operator does not need to perform any manual work, significantly reducing labor intensity and improving consistency.
The traction frame offers three working modes: fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual, providing flexibility for different production requirements. The following parameters can be set on the traction frame:
