The PF-RS65 and PF-RS85 are automatic wire payoff machines for efficient pre-feeding of cable spools and rolls to terminal crimping, winding, cutting, and soldering machines.
PF-RS65: max load 100kg, spool OD 100-650mm, feeding speed 0-50m/min, 160*76*80cm, 135kg. PF-RS85: max load 200kg, spool OD 100-850mm, feeding speed 0-100m/min, 165*95*80cm, 150kg.
Key features include infinitely variable speed control eliminating manual adjustments, automatic induction with braking for smooth operation, low-resistance constant-speed guide rails for minimal noise, and protective components on both sides for enhanced safety.
Both support wire diameter up to Φ30mm (solid wire requires confirmation). Compatible with wire, cable, wire rollers, and wire spools in vertical placement mode.
Both require 220V power with inverter & motor & reducer drive. PF-RS65: 160*76*80cm, 135kg. PF-RS85: 165*95*80cm, 150kg. Require dedicated floor space.
