Application
Small size wire roll feeding.
The PF-R12 and PF-R15 are small size unwinders designed for actively derailing small wire cable rollers and spools, preventing twisting or knotting during wire feeding for cable and wire processing equipment.
PF-R12: max load 12kg, passive operation, 38*38*35cm, 2.5kg. PF-R15: max load 14kg, microcomputer inductor with positive/negative switching, 100W power, 39*39*50cm, 8.8kg.
PF-R15 features a built-in microcomputer inductor for advanced prefeeding with positive and negative switching and arbitrary feeding, while PF-R12 is a passive unit that relies on wire self-tension for automatic rotation.
They are suitable for electric wires except flat cables, generally for small wire with diameter not more than 3mm. Wire roll OD: max 300mm, ID: 120mm.
Both require AC 220V, 50Hz (PF-R15: 100W; PF-R12: 0W passive). PF-R12: 38*38*35cm, 2.5kg. PF-R15: 39*39*50cm, 8.8kg. Compact benchtop units.
