Wire stripping and ring terminal crimping
| Option | Description |
| Take-out Robotic Arm | Automatically picks up and unloads finished wires for continuous unmanned operation; works with collection trays or conveyors. Requires a table on the equipment for installation. |
| Wire Twisting Unit | Twists and compacts copper strands after stripping to prevent stray or reversed strands, facilitating terminal insertion and crimping while improving first-pass yield. Effective for small-gauge wires (≤ 3 mm² cross-section); does not produce noticeable twisting effect on stiffer copper strands. |
| Middle Stripping Device (Window Stripping) | Creates a T-shaped slit on the wire for middle (window) stripping at any position — can be located at the middle or at both ends of the wire. Available in electric and pneumatic versions. |
| Production Management System | Two modes: standalone management (output statistics and job management on a single machine) and multi-machine networking (centralized order dispatching and capacity allocation across multiple machines). |
| Equipment | Function | Key Notes | Product Link |
| Inkjet Printer | Synchronized online printing of serial numbers, characters, and barcodes on the wire surface. | Clear, high-contrast print quality; requires regular consumables (ink and solvent). | View Product |
| Laser Marking Machine | Synchronized online laser marking on the wire surface — no ink required. | No consumables, maintenance-free; marking color depends on wire insulation material and varies accordingly. | View Products |
| Wire Prefeeder | Automatic wire payoff with constant tension, preventing pulling damage from heavy spools and ensuring stripping accuracy. | Compatible with spools of various weights; smooth and steady feeding. | View Products |
| Wire Stacker | Automatically stacks finished wires neatly for easy collection, bundling, and packaging. | Supports extended unattended operation; stacking and collection are fully automatic. Requires a table on the equipment for installation. | View Products |
| Wire Coiler | Automatically coils finished wires into loops for easy bundling and packaging. | Requires an operator nearby to remove finished coils promptly. Requires a table on the equipment for installation. | View Product |
