1. The machine will first load the wire seal and then strip the rubber jacket, which avoids the bad press and fillet phenomenon on the wire copper wire.

4. Parameters such as wire cutting length, stripping length, and glue depth are controlled via a touch screen, making the machine easy to learn and operate after simple training.

Application
The TA-T50 is a fully automatic machine that processes five wires simultaneously, performing wire seal loading, cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping. It is designed for high-volume wire harness production requiring tinning on one end.
It supports AWG14-AWG32 wire sizes (other sizes customizable). Cutting length: 12-99999mm; stripping length: 0.1-15mm (customizable); tinning length: 0.1-10mm (customizable).
The machine processes 6500-8000 pieces per hour when processing five lines simultaneously. It features fully automatic operation including wire seal loading, cutting, stripping, crimping, and tinning.
